James, like most J6ers, felt called to go to the Capitol on January 6, 2021. He ventured there after he and a close friend prayed about the journey and got their answer. He was arrested on June 3, 2022 at the hands of the Biden regime. His family was raided by the FBI in the early morning hours that day.

He was awakened to, “James, this is the FBI come to the front door!” His heart skipped a beat as he hurried to the door to prevent his household being breached by battering rams and flash grenades. James emerged disoriented from his home in his underwear that morning only to see dozens of law enforcement officers and a tactical team surrounding a Bear-cat assault vehicle on his front lawn.

Prior to James being extracted, FBI agents turned all cameras around so that the events of his raid could not be recorded. The raid team consisted of officers from Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, FBI, DHS and the Joint Terrorism Task Force.

They extracted his fiance’ and daughter, then 1 ½ years old, at gunpoint. After extracting the family, the agents proceeded to bust door frames and trashed their home.

James was then transported by DHS and the FBI to the Tampa Federal Courthouse, where he was given a DNA swab and dropped to the custody of the U.S. Marshals. James still holds the Marshals in high regard as they expressed their disdain at what the Biden regime was doing to patriots, more especially veterans.

The Marshals, as he recollects, treated him with the utmost respect, and one Marshal even offered to give him a ride home. James appeared before Judge Julie Sneed that day with the prosecutor, Michael Gordon, referring to him and co-defendant Brian Boehle as the most egregious domestic terrorists. James was released that day with a court date for arraignment and a GPS ankle monitor to track his every movement.

Though James was released that day, he was not prepared in the least for what was to come.

The next day, the family had their only car repossessed by their finance company out of Chicago. Antifa began their online attacks and doxxing efforts to ensure the financial destruction of this January 6th attendee. In a flash, his local newspapers and web design business were devastated. At that point, two days after being arrested, James spoke out at a local Town Hall Patriots meeting detailing his arrest and persecution at the hands of a weaponized justice system. He stated that he was demonized for being a patriot who called out election fraud and a Proud Boy.

Over the next two and a half years, James would fight injustice by any means available. He spoke on major podcasts, appeared on Newsmax and became a major voice of the J6 movement on X.com as America First News Media. James assisted several organizations frequently, such as American Patriot Relief, Red Tsunami, David Sumrall’s Stop Hate, Treniss Evans’ Condemned USA,Investigate J6, J6 Patriot News, and the SponsorJ6.

Treniss Evans referred to James as an unsung hero who was always willing to help a fellow J6er and the movement as a whole. James produced three documentaries, Freedom Isn’t Free, Patriot’s Day and Weaponized for J6truth.org. He also assisted with footage and research for J6: A True Timeline. James is a patriot who despite his own financial ruin never hesitated to lend a hand in the struggles of his fellow brothers and sisters facing devastation at the hands of the US government.

He has endured an unending wave of doubt and dismay at what his future holds. Last August, the family found out that they would be welcoming a sixth child to their family. As he prepared for trial, he wondered if he would get to meet his newborn son in April of 2025. That tore at the fiber of his soul and caused much fear to invade his mind.

In November of 2024, James flew to Washington, D.C for trial. His attorney, Jonathan Gross, whom he had become instant friends with, represented him during his trial. As a form of silent protest, James read the Holy Bible in the courtroom from the start of the trial to the finish.

Later that week, Judge Richard Leon handed Rebekah Lederer a victory when he convicted James of Civil Disorder, two counts of disorderly conduct and entering/remaining on restricted Capitol Grounds. The prosecutor sought to stack the charges, which meant several years (5) away from his family. James describes the trial as a kangaroo court that allowed perjury on the stand and witness tampering, which should have been grounds for a mistrial.

Thankfully, on January 20, 2025, Donald J. Trump gave the January 6th defendants a Red Sea moment and let his patriots go free from the bondage of the Biden regime.

Since that day, he has moved forward with an attitude of gratitude and an increased faith in God.

However, he and his family are still struggling. James is still struggling to find an income source for his growing family. January 6th defendants are still dealing with the loss of opportunity and income from the last several years.

They also remain on the government’s terrorist watch list. This impedes travel and employment.

James has an opportunity in September to put his family’s life back together, but they face an immensely difficult journey getting to that month.

A Black Lives Matter activist in Boston named Monica Cannon-Grant pleaded guilty to federal charges this week, admitting that she scammed donors and used their money to fund her own lavish lifestyle.

Cannon-Grant was previously held up as an admired figure. The city of Boston named her the Bostonian of the year at one point for her ‘social justice activism’ and she was even recognized by the Boston Celtics basketball team for her efforts.

She is now facing a minimum of two years in prison.

The New York Post reports:

BLM-linked activist admits conning donors to fund her lavish lifestyle

A once-celebrated Boston social activist has pleaded guilty to defrauding donors — including Black Lives Matter — out of thousands of dollars that she used as a personal piggy bank.

Monica Cannon-Grant, 44, pleaded guilty Monday to 18 counts of fraud-related crimes that she committed with her late husband while operating their Violence in Boston (VIB) activists group, according to the US Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.

The activist scammed money — including $3,000 from a BLM group — while claiming it was to help feed children and run protests like one in 2020 over the murder of George Floyd and police violence.

Cannon-Grant also conned her way into getting $100,000 in federal pandemic-related unemployment benefits — which she used to pay off her personal auto loan and car insurance policy.

But she has now confessed to transferring funds to personal bank accounts to pay for rent, shopping sprees, delivery meals, visits to a nail salon — and even a summer vacation to Maryland.

Just amazing.

Keith Olbermann Backpedals Furiously With Apology for Threatening CNN’s Scott Jennings – Jennings Responds (VIDEO)

As the Gateway Pundit reported yesterday, former MSNBC host and generally unhinged leftist Keith Olbermann, appeared to threaten CNN’s conservative pundit Scott Jennings on Twitter saying, ‘You’re next motherf**ker.’

Well, Olbermann may have gotten a phone call or a visit from the FBI because today he walked back those comments with a full-throated apology.

RedState has an update:

To quickly recap, Scott Jennings, a Salem Media Network radio host and conservative CNN political commentator, reacted to breaking news on Monday that Kimmel had been reinstated by tweeting, “So basically his employer suspended him for being an insensitive pr**k, and we don’t live in an authoritarian regime? Got it.”

This enraged Olbermann, who proceeded to tweet what many, including Jennings, perceived to be a threat. “You’re next, motherf**ker. But keep mugging to the camera.” Jennings tagged Patel and included a screengrab of the tweets in response.

Though the FBI hasn’t commented as to whether an investigation was launched, Olbermann ostensibly appears to have thought twice about what he tweeted and deleted, apologizing profusely in tweets posted on Tuesday and claiming what he wrote was “misinterpreted”:

Where is Lance Twiggs? Kirk Assassin’s Transgender Lover Has Vanished

Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson lived with his transgender partner – a male-to-female trans named Lance “Luna” Twiggs.

The FBI used Robinson’s texts with his transgender partner to solidify that Robinson was the assassin. Lance Twiggs has not been charged with any crime; however, federal authorities are still investigating.

Last week, Utah authorities released the text exchange between Tyler Robinson and his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs, sent shortly after Kirk’s assassination.

Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray announced seven charges against Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. They will also be seeking the death penalty.

Robinson was charged with:

– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness temperating for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

Lance Twiggs was reportedly cooperating with the FBI, however, according to the Daily Mail he has seemingly vanished.

“If [Lance Twiggs] ever comes back, it will be in a body bag,” a neighbor said to the Daily Mail. “That’s not a threat – I’m just saying that there are so many people who want a piece of him he’d be mad to show his face in public again. This was a generational event.”

The Daily Mail reported:

The Trans boyfriend of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin has fled their former lovenest – and locals tell the Daily Mail they never want to see him again.

Lance Twiggs, 22, was led away for questioning when police swooped on the smart three-bed condo he shared with accused gunman Tyler Robinson, 22.

Shaken neighbors say the part time plumber has not been back to the $320,000 property in St. George, Utah – one declaring: ‘Good riddance. I never want to see either of them again.’

His beaten-up Infinity compact is still parked in his space with his work gear tossed across the back seat and a sandwich wrapper and a drink on the front passenger seat.

Upstairs lights have been left on for more than a week and notes and Amazon packages are piling up outside the home owned by Twiggs’s devout Mormon family.
