Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker Vows to Imprison ICE Agents When Democrats Take Back Power: ‘The Tables Will Turn One Day’

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has vowed to prosecute Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in a post-Trump era.

Pritzker made the comments during an interview with FOX 32 Chicago this week as ICE agents step up their efforts across the city of Chicago.

“The tables will turn one day,” Prtizker explained.

”These people should recognize that maybe they’re not gonna get prosecuted today, although we’re looking at doing that, but they may get prosecuted after the Trump administration because the statute of limitations would not have run out.”

The 60-year-old added that he had spoken with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and other Democratic officials about their legal options.

“We’re talking to the state’s attorneys and Attorney General to see how they can go at this because what we want to make sure is that they follow the law,” he said.

Pritzker has become a central figure in the Democratic resistance over the past few months as the Trump administration seeks to clean up Chicago and follow through on its promise of mass deporting illegal aliens.

“This is a dangerous time,” he argued. “The President of the United States is causing mayhem in the grounds of our state. He is going after his political opponents.”

”I don’t know why anybody would look at the situation and not recognize he’s moving toward an authoritarian regime in his own image.”

Over the weekend, Pritzker complained that fellow Democrats were not vocally supportive enough of his efforts to prevent ICE and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from carrying out their work.

“ I understand there are people who’ve stood up, I want to say, and we should give kudos to those people,” he said in a conversation with The New Republic.

“I think Cory Booker has been terrific. I think that we’ve seen people standing up—Chris Murphy, Gavin Newsom—you know, there are people who are regularly calling it out. Right. But I wonder about lots of other folks.”

Pritzker has long been floated as a possible presidential candidate in 2028.

According to the latest RealClearPolitics polling average, Pritzker holds an average level of support of around five percent, trailing behind the likes of New York Congreswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, former Vice-President Kamala Harris and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

President Trump Calls Out the Georgia 2020 Election and “Votes Being Stored in Fulton County” (VIDEO)

Donald Trump speaking at a podium in the Oval Office, with an official in a suit standing beside him, discussing the upcoming FBI Summit.President Trump held a press conference today in the Oval Office with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and Deputy Direct of the FBI, Kash Patel present.

Today during a press conference in the Oval Office, President Trump was asked a question regarding the upcoming Senate race in Georgia and whether or not he has chosen a candidate to endorse.  Jon Ossoff, a Democrat who allegedly won the 2021 Georgia run-off, will have to defend that seat in the 2026 midterm elections against several Republicans currently vying for the GOP nomination.

“I want to ask you about the Georgia Senate race.  I know it’s very early, but there are several Republicans in that field that are vying for your endorsement,” she asked before President Trump interjected that he knows all of them but hasn’t made a decision yet.

“A lot of good people in that field… I know all of them.  I haven’t made a decision on that yet, but you have some very good people in the Georgia Senate race,” President Trump responded before acknowledging that Brian Kemp has endorsed a candidate.

In classic Trump fashion, the President responded:

“I think it’s very important for Georgia to get a real Senator.  Because the Senator they have now is a horrible Senator.  He allows all the crime…his whole philosophy is a disaster.  That’s not representative of the people of Georgia.  I know the people of Georgia.  I won Georgia three times, but they say twice.  I won it very big the last time.  And I won it big the first time.  And I won it big the second time, but we had criminals that didn’t allow…I mean, I hope they’re going to go into that.  I hope they go into the votes, which are being stored in Fulton County, and take a real look at those votes.  Because I won it the second time, too.” (emphasis added)

Before the next question, Brian Glenn of Real America’s Voice chimed in, “By the way, you won Georgia three times.  For someone who spends a lot of time in Georgia, I believe you won Georgia…I know.”

The Gateway Pundit reported in early September that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) sent a formal request to the Department of Justice to investigate the 2020 election in Georgia, specifically the Secretary of State’s Office and Fulton County in regards to State Election Board (SEB) Complaint 2023-025.

Currently, there are several candidates vying for Georgia's Republican nominee for the Senate race, including Mike Collins, who represents Georgia's 10th District in the U.S. House, Rep. Buddy Carter from Georgia's 1st District, Derek Dooley, a former University of Tennessee coach who has garnered Brian Kemp's endorsement, and horse trainer Reagan Box.

Pentagon Reporters From Every Major (Fake News) Media Organization Lose Their Press Badges After They Refuse to Sign Hegseth’s Security Rules

A diverse group of people gathered outdoors, with some taking photos and others engaged in conversation during a sunny day event.

Pentagon reporters turned in their badges after they refused to sign Secretary of War Pete Hegseth’s new security rule.

“Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth demanded that reporters agree by 5 p.m. Tuesday to a new policy, under which they would need to pledge to not obtain or use any unauthorized material, even if the information is unclassified — or hand over their press badges in the next 24 hours,” The Hill reported on Tuesday.

By Wednesday afternoon, Pentagon reporters turned in their badges.

The reporters turned in their badges and left the building.

CNN’s Brian Stelter hyperventilated over the development.

“Reporters have been showing up at the Pentagon today and handing in their press passes,” Brian Stelter said.

“This is an extraordinary moment,” he said.

The Pentagon Press Association released a statement.

“Today, the Defense Department confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America. It did this because reporters would not sign onto a new media policy over its implicit threat of criminalizing national security reporting and exposing those who sign it to potential prosecution,” the PPA said.

“The Pentagon Press Association’s members are still committed to reporting on the US military. But make no mistake, today, Oct. 15, 2025 is a dark day for press freedom that raises concerns about a weakening US commitment to transparency in governance, to public accountability at the Pentagon and to free speech for all,” the statement said.
